This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to deliver superior contracting and construction services across the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will manage project estimation and coordination, ensuring both profitability and quality standards are met. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a range of projects involving aggregates, asphalt, and concrete products, leveraging your expertise to maintain our legacy of quality and innovation. Prepare detailed project estimates by analyzing plans and specifications to determine overall project costs. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. Assess potential risks and devise risk mitigation strategies. Maintain frequent communication with clients, updating them on project progress and pivotal developments. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or similar credentials are beneficial.
