an Outside Sales Representative in Richmond Hill, NY. If you’ve
worked in the restaurant/hospitality world, you’ll find that your
instincts, pace, and communication style translate well here. Many
of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, catering, or
restaurant management. We provide training, coaching, job shadows,
and support. Here’s the key - experience is not required. Work
ethic, attitude, and activity is. We will teach you the rest. What
You'll Get To Do: This is a high-activity, field-based sales
position. You will be out in the marketplace M-F, 8am-5pm, walking
into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and
showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every
single day. In this role, you will: Make 20 to 30 in-person cold
calls every day. Build a strong prospect pipeline. Lease our dish
washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs. Work
closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch
successfully. Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and
activity plan. Represent a business known for quality service for
over 85 years. What You Bring: High-energy, outgoing, and
competitive. Comfortable walking into businesses without
appointment. Self-motivated and disciplined with time and activity.
Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust.
Excited about a role where your success is directly tied to your
effort. What You’ll Earn: First year base commission between
$90,000 to $100,000 annually. No caps on commission, your activity
