stability What you’ll do as a Territory Sales Trainee: Meet
directly with customers to explain communication and connectivity
options, highlighting value, performance, and reliability. Build
trust and rapport through professional, customer-first
conversations that encourage open dialogue. Ask thoughtful
questions to understand customer needs and recommend tailored
solutions. Follow company-provided leads and qualification
guidelines to ensure efficient and productive customer
interactions. Consistently work toward individual and team sales
goals with the Territory Sales Trainee team through solution-based
selling, upgrades, and bundled offerings. Collaborate with
Territory Sales Trainee team members to share strategies, improve
performance, and deliver a positive customer experience. Stay
informed on product updates, promotions, and service enhancements
to confidently educate customers. What We Are Looking For in a
Territory Sales Trainee: Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Sales, solar,
roofing, construction, account management, sales closing, sales
consulting, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
(but not required as we train the right people) Reliable
transportation and the ability to meet with homeowners is a must
Desire to advance within a company, earn, and advance
