You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate as many leads as possible. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Represent and market the office in a compliant and professional manner. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Obtain New York State Property & Casualty insurance license. Obtain New York State Life, Accident, & Health insurance license. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
