Qualifications and Essential Functions:*High school diploma or
equivalent is necessary.
*Bilingual in Spanish with proficiency certification verified by
required testing.
*A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling
experience.
*Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills.
*Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
*Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the
best customer solutions.
*Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver
license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
*Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing,
and walking.
*Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.Preferred
