Job Description:

TPG is representing a global company in search of an Senior IT Analyst who is an expert in JD Edwards. This techno-functional Analyst will be finance focused and have great communication skills. The role is currently remote for the foreseeable future, however, the candidate should be relatively local. Great compensation, visibility, and culture!
Responsibilities:

• Provide JDE Support to business users for the FIN modules; General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the IT group and other business groups while providing assistance to resolve user problems, as well as identify opportunities to further leverage JDE Enterprise
• Understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications and computer hardware operating systems
• Conduct in-depth tests for modified and new systems or applications
• Advise configuration and setup of system master data to support efficient use of the JDE financial systems, including security, menu/task setup, AAI configurations and related A/P and A/R functions to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and Analyze custom JDE reports/applications and interfaces to fulfill business requirements
• Prepare use case testing scripts to ensure quality delivery of system enhancements.
• Create logic/process flow diagrams for complex routines, assists in debugging of programs, testing and correction of program logic.
• Produce user documentation for applications developed
• Support customer initiatives and operational activities---Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in business or technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing/supporting JD Edwards financial applications software required
