We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Proposal Intern to join our team for the Spring and Summer terms, with an immediate start date. This role is ideal for current undergraduate Freshmen, Sophomores, or Juniors who have experience using Adobe InDesign and are eager to build hands-on marketing and proposal development skills. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week and requires in-person work at our main office in Long Island City, Queens, NY. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen your portfolio, learn new tools and processes, and build valuable professional experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating professional employee resumes and project sheets Support social media campaigns by developing engaging content Design marketing materials and ads using Adobe InDesign Update forms, collect data, and assist with proposal/report preparation Provide general administrative support to the marketing team Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required) and Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread and edit marketing materials Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Interest in the construction industry is a plus
