Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and
implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, content and events.
The Marketing Coordinator ensures consistent awareness of
NeurAbilities as a leading provider of high- quality clinical
services. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate
with the Management Team to support and advance key organizational
initiatives. This position will support all of our locations. Why

plus 50% for 3-5% of total compensation. Essential Job Functions
Assist in creation, editing, and ongoing management of marketing
materials and digital content as necessary and requested. Support
the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
across digital and traditional channels. Create and execute
public-facing educational campaigns around new company service
offerings. Assist with event planning, promotional activities, and
launches to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and
communications. Create, edit, and manage marketing content (social
media posts, email campaigns, blog content, and promotional
materials) and ensure all marketing activities comply with HIPAA,
healthcare advertising regulations, payer guidelines, and company
compliance standards. Represent the company at community events
including resource fairs, conferences, and advocacy events such as
walks or fundraisers. Conduct market research and analyze trends,
competitors, and customer insights. Coordinate with internal teams
and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign
delivery. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics
tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases,
contact lists, and campaign documentation. Communicate with
external stakeholders about company services, changes to offered
services, new market expansions, etc. Engage and collaborate with
internal stakeholders to promote awareness and encourage
participation in community events. Ongoing monitoring of industry
competitors and emerging trends in assigned territory to assist in
company decisions to expand in response to community needs.
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's continuum of services
and practices, relevant health insurance requirements, and
industry-specific knowledge. Maintain records of account
relationships, interactions, and activities in CRM or tracking
system. Meet key metrics as established by leadership. Produce
reports at regularly scheduled intervals or as requested by
leadership. Required Qualifications, Education, Skills and
Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations,
Business or similar field (commensurate experience may be
considered in lieu of education). 2-years Experience in community
outreach or marketing. Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally,
and ethically. Excellent customer service skills with the ability
to build rapport and maintain effective relationships. A people
person who enjoys meeting and engaging with new people on a regular
basis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in CRM or practice management systems. Travel throughout
assigned territory required up to 50% of the time. Travel is
typically local during the business day between the hours of 7am
and 7pm, depending upon assigned caseload, but can also extend
overnight based on the destination and needs of the business.
Occasional travel outside of assigned territory as requested by
leadership. This job operates in a clinic, home, or school
environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as a
computer/tablet and phone. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform
tasks involving verbal communication and physical activity, which
may include prolonged periods of walking, running, standing,
bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping. Familiarity
in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Teams,
