We are currently hiring a skilled Remote Focus Group Transcriptionist to accurately transcribe multi-speaker content from market research sessions and related interviews. JOB TYPES: Part-time or Full-time CATEGORY: Market Research/Focus Group RESPONSIBILITIES: Transcribe recordings from focus groups, interviews, and multi-speaker sessions with clear formatting and speaker identification. Edit and proofread transcripts for accuracy, consistency, and readability. Follow client formatting guides, apply timestamps when needed, and maintain confidentiality. Meet turnaround deadlines while upholding quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior transcription experience—especially with multi-speaker or market research content—is preferred. Proficiency with transcription tools (i.e., Express Scribe or Otter.ai). Strong grammar, listening skills, and the ability to type at least 60 WPM. Highly organized and self-motivated with keen attention to detail. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet, laptop or desktop computer, headphones, and a distraction-free workspace. BENEFITS: Flexible remote schedule. Bonus opportunities and potential for ongoing work.
