Job Responsibilities: Create stunning and delicious wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and other specialty cakes Decorate cakes using various techniques such as fondant, piping, and edible decorations Ensure all baked goods are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and dessert plating Adhere to portion control and quality standards Company Information: Oteris Italian Bakery - Serving the Philadelphia, PA area with award winning Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Photo Cakes and more.
