A company is looking for a Criminal Intake/Vetting Virtual
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls, set appointments, and screen
prospective clients
Track and monitor potential new client inquiries and leads
Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new
cases and maintaining databases
Required Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with written and verbal proficiency
At least 2 years of experience in legal intake
Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working with
clients
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
effectively
