Job Description:

Seeking a Full-Time CDPAP Coordinator to match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements.
Must be Vaccinated for COVID-19
Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
Responsibilities:

Match caregivers with clients based on skill level, availability, and requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and compassion to new clients and their families
Process incoming requests for home care services
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
- CDPAP and Supervisor Experience is a plus
