Loss Control Field Inspectors conduct insurance loss control inspections on either commercial or residential dwellings.**This is a Part-Time/Occasional Job** Hours can vary from week to week but you make your own schedule**.Job Responsibilities:Conduct physical inspections on either commercial or residential properties.Apply manual rules and company standards to find possible risks to reduce the chance of accidentsPrepare a schedule to maximize optimal use of time and to ensure time service is metCorrespond with insured via phone, email and text message as necessary to set up appointmentsComplete a physical loss control survey to identify any current issues or hazardsAfter physical inspection is completed, prepare required reports to which includes multiple picturesCommunicate survey status via internal progress reportsJob Requirements:Competent use of digital camera, word processing and e-mailValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)Must live within 30-mile radius of territoryJob will be based from home with required travel to each inspection location within your assigned territory.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation is as follows: $55 - Commercial (SMP, Property, Premises Liability, Garage Liability, Contractors Liability) $50 Personal Lines Interior / Short Form $35 Personal Lines Exterior $20 Photo only/phone $10- Closeout /NonproductiveOn the job trainingBase pay - paid weeklyMileage Reimbursement - paid weeklyProduction pay - paid weeklyArmstrong Receivable Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
