Job Description:
Anheuser-Busch InBev, a leader in the global brewing market, is
seeking a Shift Supervisor for our manufacturing operations. This
role is pivotal in overseeing the production processes of
well-known beers such as Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois. The
ideal candidate will ensure that production activities are executed
efficiently and safely, maintaining the highest standards of
quality that our brand is renowned for. Oversee and coordinate the
daily operations of the production facility during assigned shifts.
Monitor production processes, scheduling, and work to ensure
adherence to quality and safety standards. Manage and motivate
production staff to achieve performance targets. Implement
continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and
reduce waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate and collaborate with other production supervisors and
management to optimize processes. Prepare and present regular
performance reports. Handle incident reports and resolve issues as
they arise. Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability
to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of
production management software and MS Office. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) desired. OSHA Safety
Certification is a plus.
