Job Description:
An events company is seeking a responsible and organized
Logistics Coordinator for a behind-the-desk role managing logistics
for large events. This position runs from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with
occasional late hours during busy seasons. The first six months
will be dedicated to comprehensive training before transitioning
into an independent coordinator role. Responsibilities Include:
Handling client calls and gathering event details Scheduling
deliveries and pickups Coordinating with warehouse staff and
drivers Managing inventory and logistics timelines Communicating
with internal teams Managing last-minute changes and
problem-solving under pressure Ideal Qualifications: Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication
skills Calm and solution-oriented under pressure Willingness to
learn during the training period Flexibility during peak seasons
