The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a growing team handling sophisticated family law matters including divorce custody support adoption and domestic violence cases. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who values client service organizational excellence and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and case management related to family law matters including calendaring deadlines maintaining files and tracking court dates Draft pleadings motions discovery requests settlement agreements and related legal documents with accuracy and efficiency Support attorneys in hearings trials and mediations by preparing trial binders exhibits witness lists and financial documentation Manage document production and communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel experts and court personnel while maintaining strict confidentiality Qualifications Paralegal certificate or degree required (bachelor's degree preferred) 5 years of experience as a family law paralegal with thorough knowledge of family law procedures court rules and filing requirements Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with legal software (Clio ProLaw or similar) Microsoft Office Suite and e-filing systems preferred Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking family law exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
