disability Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and
dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a
heart for the injured. This is a permanent, full-time position that
offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our
clients' lives and to be a part of a team that is committed to
providing the highest level of legal representation. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal
injury law, with a strong emphasis on motor vehicle accidents and
premise liability cases. This role requires a deep understanding of
the legal process, from initial client consultation through trial,
and a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for
clients. Responsibilities: As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will
be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception
through trial. Conducting client meetings and case reviews to
determine the legal strategy. Drafting pleadings, motions, and
discovery requests. Conducting and defending depositions. Preparing
for and representing clients at trial. Negotiating settlements with
opposing counsel. Maintaining clear and regular communication with
clients, providing updates on case progress and answering any
questions they may have. Staying up to date with changes in
personal injury law and continuing legal education requirements.
Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting opportunity,
candidates must possess the following qualifications: J.D. degree
from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a
particular emphasis on motor vehicle accidents and premise
liability cases. Proven trial experience and a strong track record
of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Exceptional
negotiation skills. Excellent written and oral communication
skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to
manage a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and
deadlines. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Passion for
helping clients and advocating for their rights. This role offers a
