Manager, Analytics Platform & Enablement owns the Power BI platform
experience and enablement model that allows Supply Chain teams to
independently build, govern, and scale trusted analytics. This is a
builder-led leadership role requiring deep hands-on expertise in
Power BI, semantic modeling, and analytics architecture, with
exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and
Microsoft Fabric. The manager partners closely with Data Product
Owners, Data Engineering, DaaS teams, and Supply Chain business
leaders to ensure analytics investments translate into sustained
adoption and decision-making impact. This job leads a data
analytics team in providing business intelligence insights and
developing models that inform key decisions. It ensures the
integration of complex data sources and the translation of analysis
into strategic recommendations. The role is essential in driving a
data-centric culture and influencing company-wide outcomes. Job
Description Core Responsibilities: Platform Ownership (Power BI)
Own the end-to-end Power BI platform experience for Supply Chain.
Lead platform administration and governance in partnership with BI
Engineering, including capacity planning, workspace architecture,
deployment pipelines, and lifecycle management. Define and evolve
technical standards for semantic modeling, DAX optimization, query
performance, row-level security, report UX, and accessibility.
Design and execute the Power BI self-service analytics enablement
strategy. Analytics Enablement & Adoption Establish and lead a
Supply Chain Analytics Community of Practice (CoP) to drive shared
standards, learning, and alignment across teams. Enable teams
through coaching, workshops, office hours, templates, and reference
models. Identify and remove adoption friction across tooling,
process, and standards. Enable Analytics Champions with guidance,
proven patterns, coaching, and escalation paths. Data Product
Integration Build and maintain reference semantic models and
canonical dashboards demonstrating standards. Review and guide
complex or high-impact analytics solutions. Set the technical bar
through demonstrated, credible builds and well-maintained
documentation. Partner with Data Product Owners and Data as a
Service (DaaS) teams to align analytics consumption with product
intent and platform capabilities. Influence upstream data product
design (metric definitions, semantic layers, analytics-friendly
schemas) across Power BI, Snowflake, and DaaS platforms. Maintain
strong hands-on Power BI expertise at the architectural and
semantic modeling level Drive governed analytics consumption by
promoting curated semantic layers and certified data products over
direct or siloed data access. AI Capability Enablement & Governance
Own responsible enablement of AI capabilities across the analytics
platform, including Power BI (Copilot, smart narratives,
forecasting, NLQ), Snowflake Cortex AI, and Microsoft Fabric AI
features. Define AI guardrails aligned with governance policies,
semantic model integrity, and enterprise risk considerations. Scale
AI adoption through repeatable standards rather than one-off
experimentation. Additional Responsibilities: Facilitating
discussions with business leaders to capture data analysis needs
and define technical requirements. Advising on data relevancy,
sourcing alternatives to ensure robust analytics for stakeholder
inquiries. Overseeing the analysis of complex data sets to identify
actionable insights with self-service analytics tools. Managing the
querying of disparate big data platforms, such as Teradata, SQL
Server, Hadoop, and AWS. Leading the integration of data from
multiple sources to support comprehensive analysis efforts.
Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify key business
drivers and validate hypotheses. Supervising the development of
predictive models for forecasting key business metrics like sales
and demand. Analyzing campaign and initiative outcomes to measure
effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Presenting
analytical findings to executives using narrative-driven reports
and effective data visualizations. Promoting a culture of
data-driven decision-making, curiosity, and collaborative team
dynamics. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and
discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and
punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and
