Job Description:
Interstate Waste Services, a leader in non-hazardous waste
collection and disposal, is seeking an experienced Enterprise
Application Manager to oversee and optimize our IT application
landscape. This role is crucial to ensuring that our business
operations are efficient and innovative, leveraging the latest in
IT applications. Based in the U.S. Northeast, the Enterprise
Application Manager will play a key role in enhancing our
technology capabilities to support waste management services across
various states. Lead the planning, implementation, and management
of enterprise applications according to organizational needs.
Interface directly with business leaders to ensure that IT
applications align with business goals and strategies. Manage the
IT application team, providing guidance, training, and support to
ensure optimal performance. Oversee the integration of new
applications across business functions, ensuring smooth transitions
and minimal disruption. Maintain a secure IT environment, managing
risk relating to information security and data compliance.
Regularly evaluate existing IT systems and software, making
recommendations for improvement and overseeing upgrades. Develop
and manage the budget for enterprise applications, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and ROI. Ensure continuous delivery of IT
services through oversight of service level agreements with end
users and monitoring of IT systems performance. Strong leadership
and project management skills Extensive knowledge of enterprise
application platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools) Proficient in
integrating diverse systems and data management Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot
complex application issues Experience with cloud technologies and
services Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Medical

Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification preferred
