Reporting to the Vice President , Sales & Client Services Associate is an entry level, GROWTH ORIENTED position with unlimited career potential. We are looking for a person whose skill and passion will make an immediate impact to our growth.

Summary

As a key team member in a highly customer-centric, data driven business, the Sales & Client Services Associate will create reporting that provides insights and information used to develop rebate or consumer response marketing campaigns that achieve strategic and financial goals. The candidate will interface with all aspects of our business in developing improvements to the management of our processes.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

? Client support; Generate monthly customer reports and invoicing, set up new offers and provide creative insight. Develop consumer response programs and insure call center support is client efficient.

? Work with both the Rebate Business Development head and rebate clients to create sample offers, marketing and web teams management on test development and campaign set-up to ensure results will be meaningful and actionable

? Research prospective target customers.

? Assist in developing and researching customer and market trends to evaluate brand awareness and the company?s competitive positioning.

? Provide continuous updates for web site content and communication.

? Operations - Handle day to day operations of the rebate processing division including but not limited to counting mail, scanning, mailing checks, reconciling checks.

Requirements

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must!

? Proficient in MS Office programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

? Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional relationships

? Effective project and time management skills.

? Critical thinking and conceptual problem solving abilities as well as a strong attention to detail

? Able to contribute to business and strategic planning.

? Understanding of CRM principles and analytics

? Bachelor?s Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing a plus?
