Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We're looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business.



We are seeking a front desk concierge who will be the positive face of Madison Mortgage!



You'll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, sort and deliver mail, and assist us with other operations as needed. In addition, you will greet visitors and team members with a friendly face.



The ideal candidate will be a former front desk concierge who is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Responsibilities:

--- Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
--- Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
--- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
--- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
--- Handcrafting coffee beverages for our visitors and team members making special moments
--- Making sure the break room and conference rooms are set up and clean for visitors and closings

Qualifications:

--- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
--- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
--- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
--- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
--- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
