Job Description:
Job Description Fast growing company based in Mount Vernon that
manufactures and imports medical products. We are currently in the
process of hiring a customer support representative with a
technical background. This position is ideal for someone with an
excellent work ethic, strong computer skills and an outgoing
personality who can work independently with minimal oversight.
Tremendous Growth Potential Duties & Responsibilities - Provide
general office support. - Customer service which includes some
order entry, order inquiries, proof of delivery and answering
emails with product detail questions. - Provide trouble shooting
and technical support. - Provide support to Accounts Payable and
Receivable departments. - Clerical duties such as filing, scanning
and general office duties. - Provide general assistance to the
CFO/COO Experience/Requirements - Minimum 2 years of general
customer service or office work - Technical experience - Stable
work history - Excellent spoken English is a must - Reliability and
dependability a must - Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel,
outlook) - Previous experience in office or administrative setting
preferred - Excellent skills in all areas of communication
(writing, reading and speaking). - Highly motivated, organized
individual who possesses attention to detail. - Ability to
multitask. Hours for this position are 9:00 AM --- 5:00 PM
Monday-Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with a
