Physician Assistant | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Perth Amboy, NJ Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join a dedicated, community-focused pediatric practice committed to delivering exceptional care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time role based primarily out of our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location is available but not required. Position Highlights: Clinical Focus: Outpatient pediatric care with hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required Schedule: Full-time 5-day work week with every other Saturday rotation; enjoy one weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked Patient Population: Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred to best serve our large Hispanic community Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $130,000–$140,000, commensurate with credentials and experience Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track available Medical and Dental Insurance Malpractice Insurance Provided 401(k) / Profit-Sharing Plan 1 Month Paid Time Off Requirements: Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible New Jersey license Experience in pediatrics strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Spanish language proficiency preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive team that values collaboration, high-quality care, and long-term professional growth.
