Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Philadelphia, PA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,081 to $3,123 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified OR RN in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19019! We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Level I Trauma experience to join a high-acuity surgical team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both scrub and circulate roles and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex surgical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume OR Perform both scrub and circulating duties Assist in complex surgical procedures including trauma, transplant, and vascular cases Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR Float to other units (GI or ambulatory surgery center) as needed Work Environment 14 Operating Rooms High-acuity, Level I Trauma Center Adult patient population Collaborative multidisciplinary team Scheduling & Requirements No block scheduling 6-week schedule includes: (2) weekend night shifts (1) summer & (1) winter holiday call (1) summer & (1) winter holiday shift Floating required to GI or surgery center Important Notes No first-time travelers Must have strong trauma and transplant experience Orientation: 40 hours 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing A diverse range of assignments on your resume showcases your adaptability, versatility, and resilience.
