Job Description Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem positions on both morning and evening weekend shifts in Haverstraw, NY. /n /n DUTIES: /n /n - Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. /n - Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature. /n - Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. /n - Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. /n - May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). /n - Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. /n - Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. /n /n REQUIREMENTS: /n /n - Must be able to work as a team member. /n - Valid LPN State license. /n - Must be in good standing with State Registry. /n /n /n About us: /n Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility that also houses the Northern Riverview Health Care Center.
