Job Description About the Role The ASC OR Nurse Manager will
oversee the daily operations of the operating room in an Ambulatory
Surgery Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient
workflow. Responsibilities Manage and supervise nursing staff in
the operating room. Ensure compliance with safety and health
regulations. Coordinate patient care and surgical procedures.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the OR. Monitor
and evaluate staff performance. Qualifications Registered Nurse
(RN) license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in
a leadership role. Required Skills Strong leadership and management
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of surgical
procedures and protocols. Preferred Skills Experience in an
Ambulatory Surgery Center. Certification in perioperative nursing
(CNOR).
