ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date:
01/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours
Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: •
Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • 2 years of
nursing experience required • Must have experience with
tracheostomy and ventilator care • Required to work every other
weekend and holidays • May be required to float to other
medical-surgical units • Must have EPIC EMR experience • BLS
certification required • Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs • Develop
individualized care plans through patient and family interviews and
health record review • Administer prescribed medications and IV
therapy • Provide respiratory therapy and mechanical ventilation
support • Initiate emergency measures when physician not
immediately available • Document patient observations, nursing
interventions, and therapeutic measures • Provide patient and
family education on preventative and rehabilitative measures •
Supervise licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel •
Coordinate care delivery and maintain unit supplies and equipment •
Maintain current nursing practice knowledge and promote
