Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Bronx, NY Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position SBH Health System - Full Time , 9a-5pm 1 inpatient weekend a month Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Average Patients seen: 20 Call Schedule: Phone only, 1 week at a time Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $10000 Compensation: $200,000 negotiable base salary, plus $2,000 bonuses for weekend coverage, $10,000 chairman's bonus if eligible, and additional performance bonuses Benefits: Comprehensive package Additional Info: Care for patients in a continuity panel, some panels are precepted with Internal Medicine residents, pre-surgical testing optimization and a transition clinic also built into the schedule. Other Responsibilities Requirements: - 1 weekend a month coverage of the inpatient hospitalist service, reimbursed separately from the base salary. - Attendance at monthly departmental meetings and weekly Grand Rounds. - Background in Quality and Performance improvement a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration and teaching skills a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment a plus.
