The candidate must hold a BSN or higher degree from an accredited nursing school. An active RN License to practice in Client or by reciprocity is required. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting. Certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and PALS are required to start. Additional certifications like CCRN and TNCC are preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should be efficient in managing patients with EVD and multiple medication drips.
