Job Description:

Purpose of this position: Provides professional therapeutic services, casework, and support to clients and oversight of therapeutic staff. Lead Therapist is supervised by Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis with additional meetings as needed. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: - Knowledge of professional casework principles, practices and methodology - Knowledge of individual and group behavior in the interrelationships between social, economic, psychological and general physiological factors - Knowledge of current social, economic and health problems and resources with emphasis upon factors relating to physical and mental health of all age groups - Knowledge of the principles and methods of program interpretation and community organization - Knowledge of best practice methodology in treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
