Job Description Our client, a leading non-profit medical center in Westchester County, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join its fully established and high-performing practice. Responsibilities - 100% Outpatient (with the exception of shared call responsibilities) - Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care to a diverse patient population - Maintain a daily patient volume of approximately 20 patients - Participate in shared call rotation (minimal inpatient requirement) - Collaborate with on-site lab, radiology, and ultrasound teams to support patient care - Contribute to quality improvement and patient experience initiatives within the practice Perks - Full panel of established patients - Modern clinical setting with ultrasound, lab, and X-ray services on-site - Beautiful, accessible Westchester County location with free parking - Collegial, mission-driven team within a respected non-profit medical center - Supportive environment for early-career endocrinologists - Excellent work-life balance with no inpatient rounding outside of call Requirements - MD or DO degree - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology - New grads welcome; 1 year of post-training experience preferred - Eligible for medical licensure in New York State - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary: The posted range is not a guarantee.
