* Clinic Outpatient RN* RN would work closely with our Endocrinology team to help with Nursing interventions related to chronic disease management, specifically Diabetes and its sequelae. Bi-lingual English/ Spanish will be necessary* Must have 1 year of clinic experience. Must be bilingual. Must be familiar with care planning process. Need to be good at providing patient education and care planning. Need to have good bedside manner. Need to have a willingness to learn and be ableto take some constructive criticism. Prefer someone with DM knowledge. Will accept first time travelers.* Common diagnosis: Internal Medicine: DM HTN, HLD, Obesity, Asthma, multiple comorbidities, and more.
