BronxCare Health System, Department of Dentistry is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Full- Time General Dentist to join our staff. Interested Individuals should have a strong commitment to teaching in a large hospital-based program with a diverse patient population. BronxCare Health System is the largest voluntary, not for profit health and teaching hospital system serving the South and Central Bronx. The General Practice Residency is one of the largest in the country and provides a well balanced approach to Post Graduate Dental Education. Qualifications: DDS or DMD Required DEA Certification BLS Certification Completion of CODA approved One Year General Practice Residency (GPR) Responsibilities: Our Department provides comprehensive Oral Healthcare to families in the Bronx. We are one of the largest General Practice Residencies in the country. The Candidate will be working as faculty with the Dental Residents and when necessary, will be providing direct patient care in our Outpatient Clinics. The General Dentists also work closely with the Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry and the Orthodontic Teams to provide collaborative services to our patients.
