Summary:The Director for Integrated Mental Health & Addiction
Services is responsible for The Guidance Center of Westchester
(TGCW) integrated outpatient clinical services licensed by the
Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services &
Supports (OASAS). This senior leadership position is pivotal to
ensuring the success of TGCW's comprehensive services and supports
as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving
Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, and Yonkers communities of Westchester.
Programs within the Integrated Services department include
outpatient clinics, school and community satellites, as well as
mobile crisis response teams. This position facilitates individual
participant, team member, and program outcomes that strengthen
these programs and the agency overall.Responsibilities:Ensure
clinical and administrative excellence for TGCW's mental health and
substance use/addiction services.Ensure programs meet all
requirements to maintain licensure with Office of Mental Health
(OMH) and Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS), Joint
Commission Accreditation, and SAMHSA certification.Ensure timely
and accurate completion of all required program documentation,
including but not limited to case records, census data, length of
stay reports, consumer satisfaction surveys and other outcome
measures, utilization review reports, updated policies and
procedures, job descriptions and competences, and annual
reportsChampion efforts to strengthen the clinical skill and
expertise of the departmentSet, monitor, and strengthen progress
towards the achievement of key performance indicatorsDirectly
supervise program directors and ensure all necessary deliverables
are met with effective workflows and processes.Serve as an agency
representative at meetings with external stakeholders and enhance
relationships with organizations and community partners throughout
Westchester County.Remain versed in relevant regulations,
protocols, quality assurance, clinical practices, and fidelity to
evidence-based practices and interventions utilized in the OMH and
OASAS programs.Provide timely submission of grant reporting and
tasks to ensure compliance with all grants and related
regulations.Support a high-performing culture aligned with TGCW

Satisfaction, Inclusion, and Communication.Qualifications: Degree
requirements, licensure requirements, related experience required,
specific job-related skills, hard skills, specific job-related
applications.LCSW with CASAC (preferred) or LMSW and CASAC
requiredA minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with the
full range of mental health and substance use/addiction challenges,
including opioid use, assessment, and treatment options.Excellent
program management and supervisory/coaching skills, with a minimum
of 5 years of experience managing at least one OMH and/or OASAS
licensed outpatient clinic program. (Experience supervising
multiple programs preferred).Demonstrated passion and commitment to
supporting the well-being and recovery process of individuals and
families struggling with complex challenges related to alcohol
and/or substance use.Knowledge of OMH and OASAS regulations as well
as documentation requirements, including intake and assessment,
treatment planning and clinical interventions from the start of the
treatment through end of care and after-care.Organized,
solution-focused team player, with excellent leadership qualities
that support a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach in
programs and service delivery.Passion for TGCW's mission and an
ability to communicate this passion to othersPositive attitude and
demeanor with an ability to engage individuals of diverse
backgrounds, perspectives and needs.Experience with electronic
medical record and budget development/management.Entrepreneurial
spirit and abilities to problem-solve, and quickly cultivate and
implement solutions.Travel Requirements: 10-20% throughout
Westchester as needed.Physical Requirements: These physical demands
