  Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery:

  • Oversee a team of 4-5 nurses
    
  • Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance
    
    Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    
    Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Active NY Registered Nursing license
      
    • Clinical experience
      
    • Leadership experience
      
    • 3 years of Homecare experience
