Our client is a dedicated provider of supportive housing services, committed to empowering individuals and families to achieve stability and independence. Their scattered site housing programs are designed to offer flexible and comprehensive support to those in need, helping them integrate into the community and maintain long-term housing.We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Program Director to oversee their scattered site housing programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) and preferably be a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). This role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience in the field, with a strong background in providing clinical oversight and managing programs for vulnerable populations.*Key Responsibilities:** Program Leadership: Oversee the clinical and operational aspects of scattered site housing programs, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.* Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of social workers and case managers, ensuring that client care is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent.* Staff Development: Mentor and support staff through training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.* Client Services: Ensure that individualized care plans are developed and implemented for all clients, addressing their unique needs and goals in the context of community-based housing.* Quality Assurance: Monitor program outcomes, conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.* Community Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance the support network available to clients.* Crisis Management: Lead the team in responding to and managing crises, providing direct intervention as needed and coordinating with external services to ensure client safety and well-being.* Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, program activities, and outcomes, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.*Requirements:** Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.* Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) preferred; MSW required.* Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in social work, with a focus on scattered site housing, supportive housing, or related fields.* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team. Experience with trauma-informed care and working with vulnerable populations is essential.* A deep understanding of and dedication to supporting individuals in community-based housing settings._Please note- The annual base salary range is $68k to $76k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
