If you've run a facility froman Operations standpoint, know how to spot inefficiencies and can use your interpersonal skills to improve the way things are run, we want to hear from you.List of Tasks and Responsibilities:--- Plan route when we have multiple deliveries in one day--- Responsible for DOT (Department of Transportation) driver files--- Assist with paperwork for accidents--- Follow GPS to see when crews are signing in out of jobs--- Coordinate 3rd party services (electrician, crating company, etc...)--- Ensure everyone in the crew have all proper uniforms--- Source and find backup workers on busy days--- Keep track of our leased trucks mileage usage--- Keep track of what comes back on truck for storage or disposal--- Manage scheduling, assign crews for the following days jobs--- Schedule trucks to be washed and maintained--- Remind and text men in with their start times and schedule--- Dispatch the trucks in the morning--- Write up all contracts and BOL's/ Collect contracts from trucks from previous day--- Record finish times for men for payroll--- Background in Operations, Logistics, or Transportation is preferred.--- Experience in managing workers, operations, and leadership.--- Ability to build consensus and relationships among owner, managers, and workers.--- Good communication skills both written and verbal.--- The ability to work with and lead people from a variety of backgrounds and with a variedskill level is essential.--- No task is too big or too small and you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get yourhands dirty to get the job done.--- Above all else, you are friendly, kind and is a strong team-player.Pay and Benefits:Full-time permanent opportunityRoom for growth and amazing company culture- work with a team of good people!Paid time offCompetitive total compensation package including Health and 401K.
