Our solutions and services are created to uniquely fit the goals of each client, going above and beyond what is typically delivered by most insurance brokerage firms or agencies. We utilize innovative tools and processes to make purposeful, data-driven decisions.The primary responsibility of this Account Manager will be to handle all aspects of new and existing small to mid size business group accounts (ResponsibilitiesResolve escalated complicated client issuesCentral point of contact between the broker and the client; act as the liaison between all partiesBuild strong relationships with client and carrier representativesCollaborate with the broker to find options & create client proposalsParticipate in open enrollment meetingProcess changes to plans, maintain electronic filesSubmit & follow-up on RFPsManage and respond to client inquiries with 24 hour time frameCoordinate health/wellness eventsThe successful candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be flexible, and focused, with an emphasis on a "can do"-- -, hands on approach and philosophy. Willingness to pitch in as needed to meet the needs of the business.QualificationsMinimum three (3) years of related insurance experienceAssociate or Bachelor's degree preferredMust obtain and maintain a Producer Life/Accident/Health license in state of CT within 6 months of employmentKnowledge of insurance products and plans, exceptional organizational skillsAdvanced computer skills required - MSOffice-Word, Excel & PowerPoint and experience in database systems, formatting formulas in Excel a plusEqual Opportunity Employment We're an equal opportunity employer.
