This role is critical in ensuring the high performance and reliability of our diverse fleet of transportation vehicles. As part of our technical support team, you'll work in a dynamic environment that champions innovation and efficiency, fostering your growth as you contribute to our mission of driving businesses forward. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and condition reporting on our fleet of trucks, ensuring all vehicles are in line with safety regulations. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic systems within diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance schedules. Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles and report any major issues to the management team. Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and being active within the industry. Proven knowledge of diesel engine components and operation. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment for vehicle troubleshooting. Ability to work with electronic logging devices and maintenance management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in Diesel Mechanics is highly desirable.
