Job Description:
Liro Group, a leader in urban infrastructure projects, is
seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Engineer to
join our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management Department.
Based in Syosset, NY, this role is crucial for supporting our
construction management and engineering teams in various
high-impact projects. As an Office Engineer, you will oversee the
technical and administrative duties, ensuring the execution of
project plans aligns with organizational standards and project
specifications. Provide technical and administrative support to
project managers and field staff to ensure construction projects
are completed according to specifications. Review and interpret
plans, blueprints, and other project documents to ensure accuracy
and feasibility. Coordinate and manage communications between
project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to
facilitate smooth operations. Maintain comprehensive project
documentation, including tracking budgets, schedules, change
orders, and progress reports. Assist in the preparation of contract
documents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and
building codes. Organize and attend project meetings to present
progress updates, discuss problems, and offer solutions. Implement
Quality Assurance and Quality Control measures for ongoing projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex documents and
plans Effective communication and coordination abilities Ability to
manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
