Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
support students in Waterbury, CT schools. This role involves
traveling between school locations within the area, providing
essential speech and language therapy services to help students
achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
speech and language assessments and develop individualized
treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Deliver direct
therapy services to students with speech, language, and
communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate
and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student
performance. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
developing comprehensive education plans. Desired Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience
working with school-aged children in educational settings. Ability
to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel
between multiple school locations during the workday. This position
