Location: 22 Jericho Turnpike Mineola, NY Job Type: Full-Time (Mon
- Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss work schedule during

success by: - Manage front desk operations, including patient
check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination,
while delivering exceptional customer service - Verify insurance,
process authorizations, and collect payments to ensure smooth
billing and patient access to care - Maintain accurate patient
records by registering new patients, updating information in the
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary
documents - Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA
compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare
experience Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED required -
Basic office and customer service skills - Previous experience in a
