business transformation program that will modernize our
foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one
“clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency
gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape
from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective,
fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the
Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program
will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards
the end of this decade. As a part of the Global PMO team, the
Project Controller will support the Global PMO to enhance budget
control in a complex, multiyear transformation program with
established governance processes. You will report to the Global PMO
and be responsible for Controlling the program budget. You will
achieve this by collaborating with Global Finance and Budget Owners
in functional teams. Your role will involve identifying
opportunities for process improvements, preparing detailed,
evidence-based budget status reports for the executive and senior
leadership, and owning the budget control for the program. Your
ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects will
be crucial in this role. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience in the global pharmaceutical and/or global
ERP implementation environments. Your ability to influence and
effectively engage across functions in a matrix organizational
structure, along with your exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills, makes you an ideal fit for this role. Your
background in project and change management from a finance
perspective sets you apart. You possess proficiency in project and
program management and business analysis techniques, coupled with
experience in budget control. Key Responsibilities: Support the
Global PMO to manage and control the program budget, prepare
evidence-based, executive-level reports and dashboards in Power BI
or equivalent Identify opportunities for budget control and process
improvements within the Global PMO and between the PMO, Global
Finance, and functions Prepare and present project status reports,
updates, and performance metrics to senior management Ensure
cross-functional adherence to PMO governance, frameworks, and
controls, including RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
logs, critical path tracking, and achievement management aligned
with the wider program Coordinate the successful delivery of
cross-functional teams through collaboration, structured resource
and budget planning, initiative-taking dependency management, and
disciplined execution oversight Effectively engage with and
influence cross-functional teams to ensure integration of program
activities and resource planning Support forward-looking scenario
planning to address emerging risks and budget variations Monitor
program budget progress and adjust plans and enhance processes as
necessary to meet objectives Qualifications: Education: Minimum of
a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required Experience
and Skills: Required: Minimum 6 years of experience controlling
budgets in large-scale transformation programs, preferred in a
highly regulated environment Strong collaborator engagement skills
with a proven record of being able to deliver via influence
Advanced proficiency in project portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project,
Smartsheet, JIRA) and executive reporting tools (e.g., PowerPoint,
Power BI) Proven experience in program and change management from a
finance perspective Exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills and ability to effectively manage in a matrix environment
Demonstrated success in delivering internal control implementation
programmes or finance transformation initiatives Experience working
with or within Internal Audit, Finance, Risk & Compliance teams is
highly advantageous Proficiency in project management and business
analysis techniques Preferred: Demonstrated ability to use
dashboards and PowerBI to interrogate data and provide meaningful
reports to track and explain deviations in planned versus actual
budget Recognized project/programme management qualification (e.g.,
PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) Finance qualification, MBS or equivalent Strong
knowledge of the global MedTech industry Experience with process
improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Other: Requires
up to 10% domestic and/or international travel Requires the

minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote

this position is : $120,000 to $207,000 Additional Description for
Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual
basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to
participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit
programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and
long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal
insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the
