Job Description:

Our Family of companies is looking for an experienced Construction Accounting Clerk of whom will be responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports for management and recording a wide range of financial transactions. Their duties include confirming the accuracy of accounting database information, use of excel and accounting computer program, posting financial transactions and preparing voucher packages and running reports.We are looking for a positive individual with the ability to multitask and cross train in other areas.Perform the day to day processing of accounts receivable transactionsReview and verify invoices and support documents for all ordersVerify that transactions comply with financial policies and proceduresData entryProcess daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly summary reportsAccount Analysis reportsPrepare invoices for mailingMaintain customer recordsMaintain a filing system for all documentsEnsure the confidentiality and security of all financial filesPerform other diverse duties as requested or requiredFull Time position Monday - FridayBenefits include Health Insurance, 401K and profit shareCompetitive wages
